KEY PERSON SYSTEM
Staff support each child and help to make their experience and time with us happy, stimulating and safe. Each child is assigned a key group who help with settling in, observations, planning and providing activities and play opportunities which are designed to encourage development and learning. Staff observe and note developmental milestones which form children’s progression files (available to parents) and identifying next steps in their learning.
“Children benefit from the effective key-person system, which helps them feel emotionally safe and secure.” Ofsted 23rd September 2015
